Entrance Requirements
- Evidence at least 18 years of age
- Pass entrance exam (85% or higher) proctored by instructor
- Pass Criminal Background Check
- Recent Physical (last 6 months)
- Immunization Record
- Hepatitis B Vaccine or Declination Info
- Negative Tuberculosis (Test or Chest X-Ray within 6 months of 1st day of class)
- High School Diploma or GED test Results
- Possess Current CPR and First Aid Certification by 1st Day of Class
